Beer Description
This off-dry cider has spicy floral flavors and aromatics that fade to juicy plum. The brilliant rose hue obtains all of its color and robust flavor from locally grown Santa Rosa plums, first cultivated in 1906. With one pound to each gallon, the fruit was aged in our fresh pressed West Coast apples for weeks.
