Sepia is an Amber Biere de Garde brewed with our friends at Heavy Duty in Copenhagen. It represents our mutual commitment to beer flavored beer and classic styles. It pours a beautiful mahogany-amber color with a tan white head. It has notes of dates, toffees, the crust of well baked sourdough, hints of baker’s chocolate, black pepper, and a subtle vinousness.
