Beer Description
Collaboration between Church St. & Art History Brewing, an amber lager brewed with a unique technique used by European brewers hundreds of years ago. Super heated stones were dropped in the wort to produce a boil, instantly carmelizing the sugars in the liquid. The result is a lager packed full of maillard products that give it a flavor unlike anything else.
