Beer Description
A French style cider, we call our BRUT “The Champagne Of Ciders” because it’s fermented dry with champagne yeast. Produced with certified organic apples and aged in stainless tanks, the BRUT is light gold in color with an apple bouquet. The effervescent profile is extra dry, with a biting finish.
