Beer Description
This beer starts in the woods of Marshall, MI. We harvest our own sap, take it to the breweries sugar shack and turn it into maple syrup and then add the syrup to a big porter recipe that we really like. Aromas of vanilla and oak from Bourbon Barrel aging mix with the maple and chocolate malt aromas to make this a very enjoyable beer and man does the brewery smell great on brew day.
