Beer Description
Sensate is our German-style smoky helles lager. We brewed a somewhat standard pale lager recipe and achieved a little bit of smoke character and depth of color from our Stands To Reason smoked-lager yeast. Sensate pours a deep golden color and has a pure pils malt character with just a whiff of smoke and subtle caramelization from being fermented with yeast harvested from our Stands To Reason smoked lager. Notes of toasted bread, toasted marshmallow, subtle maple sugar.
