Beer Description
We brewed this one in collaboration with our kindred pals @OddColonyBrewing of Pensacola, Fl. We had a great time working together on this beer. We started with a base of British Maris Otter, some Golden Naked Oats, and a bit of crystal Rye malt; then hopped it with a solid charge of Fuggles and Wolf. At the tail end of fermentation with our favorite British ale yeast, we added a good bit of summer honey from @MindYourHives. The finished product has notes of fresh milled flour, honey oatmeal toast, lemon marmalade, baked apples, an oak ghost, and a sassy little British bitterness
