Beer Description
We are stoked to team up with our friends at Brix City Brewing for this year’s anniversary collab. Fresh off both of our @worldbeercup wins, to bring you Source Jams, a delightfully hazy and delicious, Imperial Double Dry Hopped IPA, one not to miss! ?
Source Jams was brewed with a blend of delicately sweet Golden Promise barley malt and protein rich oat and wheat malts to provide a soft and lush malt body for this highly aromatic, heady brew.
After a large dose of whirlpool hops, Source Jams received two separate rounds of dry hopping with El Dorado, Citra, and Strata hops.
The perceived bitterness is low, the mouthfeel is medium-bodied and silky, and the finish is juicy and dripping with fruity hop flavor.
We get notes of nectarines, ripe peaches, candied fruit, Mandarin oranges, papaya nectar, passion fruit, and juicy watermelon.
