Beer Description
This version of Lily of the Valley features a fruit combination that has intrigued us for some time, Raspberry and Apricot. It starts with our kettle soured base, a pinch of lactose, a whole bunch of fruit, and is rounded out with Tahitian vanilla. Raspberry and Apricot are both known for being uniquely tart within their families of berries and stone fruit. Combined with the sweet and sour base, this tartness exudes a deep citrus flavor that plays in balance with notes of dried apricot, peach rings, ripe berry, with a creamy vanilla finish.
