Beer Description
Moonville Stout is inspired by the Moonville train tunnel in the Zaleski State Forest, which according to some accounts, is haunted by a train brakeman named McDevitt, who drunkenly fell to his death under a train in 1873.
The exact blend of Moonville stout will vary from year to year. This year’s batch consists of:
66% Imperial milk stout aged in Middlewest rye whiskey barrels (for 1.5 years).
34% Imperial stout aged in Bartons 13 year bourbon barrels (for 1 year).
