This limited edition variation on our original “Palmovka” pils pays tribute to the origins of the style by featuring two heirloom yeast strains—both independently fermented on a singular wort and blended to demonstrate the harmony between them. Brewed with all Czech-sourced ingredients, decocted, and boiled adhering to an extended Czech-style schedule, this special iteration of Palmovka is our homage to the rich tradition of Plzň. Notes of fresh baked bread and floral hops hold sway, and an expressive yeast character melds with light honey and hay on the palate. Palmovka Speciální has a soft mouthfeel with crisp carbonation that beckons for another sip. Na zdraví!
