Beer Description
Parasol is a Sweet Tart Ale conditioned on ripe pineapple, toasted coconut flakes, and Madagascar vanilla.
It was brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, hopped lightly in the kettle, and fermented with a special lactic acid producing yeast strain.
This summertime brew pours a deep yellow color into a glass and emanates aromas and flavors of tropical pineapple and coconut which are met and balanced by bright and zingy lactic acidity, resulting in a refreshingly tart finish.
We get notes of piña colada served on the beach out of a ripe pineapple, toasty coconut, vanilla, and pineapple soda.
