Beer Description
Brewed for our 6th Anniversary, this beer showcases some of our favorite hops in an extra crisp Cold IPA. Strata, Idaho 7, and Bru-1 create a melange of big tropical flavors. Strata, with its distinct passionfruit and cannabis aroma, is central. Idaho 7 adds layers of sticky pine, stonefruit, black tea, and mandarin, while Bru-1 brings tons of juicy pineapple. Flaked Maize lightens the body and the cold lager fermentation reduces esters to let the hops shine. The dry, crisp finish makes you thirst for another sip,
