Beer Description
The resulting light golden lager drinks extremely smoothly with a light body and super refreshing, crispy finish.
The grain bill consists of flaked maize, American 6-row barley, Pilsner, and Vienna malts. It was hopped lightly for balance in the kettle with Sabro and Motueka and fermented dry with a special Mexican lager yeast strain.
Post fermentation we transferred Buena Suerte to a horizontal conditioning tank to let it rest just above freezing temperatures to mellow out and round out the rough edges, brighten up, and achieve a harmony of subtle flavor complexities.
