We are huge fans of rye here at Central Waters, using rye barrels and using rye malts are some of our favorite things. In this beer, we pair the smooth sweetness of vanilla with the spicy dry notes of rye, a match made in heaven for our famous barrel aged stout. This beer is aged for a full year in rye barrels, imparting those delectable flavors and aromas, then combined with vanilla to enhance the wood notes and create a smooth, well rounded barrel aged stout.
