Beer Description
A tart, bright, artisanal cider that finishes bone dry with a hint of fruit and funk. Complex with solid tannins and a substantial lactic acid zing. A true sour, reminiscent of a Basque cider. Wild foraged apples blended with settled lees of other cider projects. Named after Preston (NY Cider Co’s
rescue dog) and originally brewed for family and friends at the orchard.
