This beer is the result of a wacky Crankin’ Foamers/Kingmaker mix up – a Kölsch with OVER 20% corn grits from Early Morning Harvest in the mash, hopped with experimental Simcoe polyphenol aroma pellets from Yakima Chief Hops and cold conditioned for a couple months.
