Our Bees Knees keeps with that prohibition style blending gin botanicals, zested lemons, and honey from Fir Farm into our base sour. The result, is an effervescent aroma of juniper and lemon, a crisp and clean sour with lingering notes of gin and lemon followed by a softened body by the honey.
