Hello Friend Like An Echo In Forest

Brewed with a simple base of two-row and pilsner malt, Like An Echo In the Forest is a clean and pleasant take on West Coast IPA. While Mosaic and Citra lend their beautiful fruit-forward hop character, the yet to be named HBC 586 is the true star of the trio as it shines through with a noticeably more pungent and dank note. Utilizing what we’ve learned from our previous West Coast IPAs this beer expresses all of the bright fruity aromas you’ve come to expect but with a softer more mild bitterness. Like An Echo In the Forest shows that our beer making process is still in progress and embodies the notion that life goes on.
