Chai powers the hustle and bustle of the streets of Mumbai. This full-bodied stout offers an inviting and familiar flavor to those who love relaxing with a freshly brewed cup of kadak (kuh-duk, translating to strong) chai. The “cutting” chai earns its name from how the chai is cut into small glasses found at tea stalls on the streets across India, we use a chai spice recipe passed down through generations to bring this recipe to life in a new form.
