Beer Description
Initially this beer was brewed to be our biggest bodied stout to date, to test out new techniques we had picked up along the way. We were so excited with the outcome, we decided to give it a special barrel age treatment we felt it deserved. Laid to rest for just shy of a year in McClintock rye and bourbon barrels, we then blended the two together to create something we feel is very special. Rounded out perfectly with RBR cold brew, maple syrup and vanilla this beer has a viscous mouthfeel, cloying taste, and complemented with the perfect amount of barrel. We pick up notes of boozy brownies, maple, and dark fruit brought in by the coffee dosage.
