Double Barrel Imperial Stout Aged 18 months in Bourbon and Rum barrels Conditioned with coconut, coconut candy, toasted coconut, coconut flakes, coconut syrup, wafer cookies, and Venezuelan cacao nibs.
In Venezuela, there is one special treat that reminds us all of when we were star-eyed children and itβs our favorite wafer, cocosette!! So we decided to link up with our Amigos from Forager Brewery and let our inner, chocolate crazed child out to get all trippy with this g o o e y delight
We threw this bad boy into not one, but TWO different barrels, and aged up for 18 MONTHS. Then when it was finally ready to see the daylight, we threw it onto mountains of coconut and cocosette wafer cookies
