This Framboos was created with raspberries from Ferme Framboos from beautiful Huldenberg. We macerated these for three months on jonge lambik from three different barrels and three different brews. We blended with another two jonge lambikken from two different barrels. The final fruit intensity is 284 grams of raspberries per litre of Framboos. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
