Gneiss is named after metamorphic rocks, which are some of the oldest rocks found in The Giant’s Causeway in Ireland.
At 4.2% ABV, this beer has a medium-light body and is highly drinkable. It is served on nitro for a creamy consistency. Its bitterness comes from a generous amount of roasted barley. Gneiss is not a beer meant for “babysitting”. In Europe, the locals can tell the nationality of a person by how many rings left on their glass. Drink responsibly
