Beer Description
Named after our friend’s children, it is a pale lager featuring Czech Saaz hops. Weighing in at 5.4% alcohol by volume with a very crispy attenuation of over 82%, this beer also has the honor of being the first decoction mashed beer to be released at Triptych. This traditional, but intense mash process amplifies the pilsner malt backbone of this wonderful lager. The Saaz hops provide mild herbal notes with a pleasant, restrained bitterness through the finish.
