Our unique fermentation process as well as an unrivaled filtration system, allows us to create a clean and smooth cider that is crisp, refreshing and delicious just like the apples we grow. No added sugars or concentrates make our 1911 ciders unique and authentic in taste. 1911 Light & Crisp is light on the apple flavor with a dry, crisp finish. This cider is reminiscent of early, colonial-period cider, but force-carbonated to give it a fresh and modern twist.
