Beer Description
Wild fermented sparkling cider. Fermented low and slow, to preserve a naturally semi-sweet cider. Not quite “keeved” but the result is similar.Tannic and rich with distinct butterscotch notes. Raw, unfined and unfiltered. Keep this one refrigerated and serve at 45-55 degrees in a wine glass.
