Beer Description
Wild fermented sparkling fruit wine. A piquette of sorts. Fun, fruity and floral. Apple water soaked with pressed berries and grape skins and stems. Aged in oak and bottle conditioned. Raw, unfined and unfiltered. Serve at 45-55 degrees in a wine glass.
