Beer Description
A beer nearly a year in the making, this is our collaboration with Weaver Hollow Brewery in Andes, New York. Last summer, Mike took a trip out to brew with Luke, taking some Illinois-grown hops along for the trip. On return, our team brewed the same recipe and selected New York-grown Crystal hops for our version of the recipe. The resulting beer was then aged in a white wine barrel. Tasting notes: Citrus, mild acidity, oak, fruity esters.
