A satisfying flavor dichotomy. Bone dry, but also, dare we say with great hesitancy, a burst of perceived sweetness. With aromas of floral green tea, elderflower is herbal- but sweet herbal and slightly musky. With the addition of lemon verbena, this cider is palate-cleansing, crisp, and citrusy. There are lingering flavors of Asian pear and old-timey lemon drop candy. Elderflower cordial is typically added to champagne, so we skipped the sugar, incorporated subtle hints of lemon, and brought you a balanced beverage that can make you feel like you’re sitting coastal in the French Riviera.
