Beer Description
This is a lively and light cream ale brewed to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. The Vienna and Biscuit malts provide a smooth backbone that we highlight with jalapeƱo peppers. Fresh jalapeƱos are cut with selective seed removal to keep the heat to a tease and then added as a “dry hop” addition to the fermenter. These peppers give a spicy nose and slight hint of heat on the backside.
