Fellow Traveler opens in the glass with brightly floral aromas complemented by orange caramels, tropical fruit, and an underlying funk from our house Brettanomyces. dry-hopped with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Michigan Cascade, and a touch of Citra.
Foeder Pale Ale.
A classic base inspired by one of our all-time favorite Belgian-style pale ales, Fellow Traveler opens in the glass with brightly floral aromas complemented by orange caramels, tropical fruit, and an underlying funk from our house Brettanomyces. It spent 5 months developing in our new American oak foeder before dry-hopping with a blend of Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Michigan Cascade, and a touch of Citra, and then conditioning for an additional two months in package.
