Inspired by Sue’s merciless killing tools, they took off after the malt sugar in this beer like a T. rex after an herbivore. Roaring their thunderous roars and waiving their tiny arms until they tuckered themselves out, we then lagered them, like she was, (well, not for quite as long) to create this crisp, clean and uncompromising lager, subtly dry hopped with the finest of German noble hops…OH NO!! A METEOR!”
