This IPA was brewed in the style of ‘Brut’ IPAs but with an East Coast twist.
This IPA was brewed in the style of ‘Brut’ IPAs but with an East Coast twist.
Here in the Northeast we like our IPAs to have hop aroma and flavor, but less bitterness than out west. This is our take on that style. We use champagne yeast, pilsner and 2 row malt, flaked corn and a combination of magnum and citra hops in this dry, aromatic IPA.
