Beer Description
Our hand crafted cider produced using a colonial cider recipe that calls for double fermenting in French oak barrels. After the primary fermentation, the cider is fermented a second time using local honey. The cider is then finished with raisins. The result is a strong and full bodied hard cider with apple, honey, vanilla and wood notes. Small batch produced typically using 6-12 apple varieties and fermented and aged in 60 gallon French oak barrels.
