Beer Description
Start From Scratch is a new 8.1% DDH Imperial IPA with Citra, Strata, Sabro, and Motueka. We fermented this beer with a new promising New England style yeast strain that gives off creamy tropical and banana notes which we used to to enhance the already juicy tropical notes from the hops.
