Beer Description
starting with a base hazy IPA, we changed up the yeast to Norwegian Kveik, boosted the ABV with agave nectar and layered the hops intricately with fruity and floral hibiscus. candied fruits, tropic-floral nose, with feather pillow body & silky finish
sure most IPAs are inherently plant based unless the brewer is working with milk sugar or left field adjuncts… in this case, we used the name to draw your attention more to the sensibility of its construction and elegance of its aroma & flavor.
