Magnify Point of Divergence 2020

Point of Divergence 2020 is a 10.5% Imperial Stout we release once a year. This was one of the first beers we brewed, way back in 2015 and exemplifies our goal from day 1 to stray from the norm. This Imperial Stout is fermented with Italian red wine yeast for notes of fig and dark fruits. We aged this beer in red wine, bourbon and second use cognac barrels (that held double barrel aged POD 2019) for one year. The result is a very complex blended Imperial Stout with notes of chocolate, red wine and the spirits barrels they were aged in. This beer doesn’t contain any adjuncts. For this beer, there is always beauty in simplicity.
