Beer Description
This “Das Yummy” is a concept from the owner, Russ. This sour is dominated by the blackberry with the other fruits (pear, pineapple, & lime) acting to accentuate, brighten, and add complexity to the berry notes. The caramel keeps the finish of this sour sweet and smooth with a very subtle spice from the light ginger addition. This beer has a long list of additions but they all play together very nicely in this pint to give you a full and robust flavor profile.
