Beer Description
Utilizing Wai-ti and Nelson Sauvin hops, straight from New Zealand, this hazy ipa was developed and brewed in collaboration with our good friends at 93 Octane out of St. Charles, IL. This ipa is built off a base of excessive amounts of oats and wheat, providing a soft pillowy body on which to let the hops shine. Although Grease Monkey has hoppy notes of mango, blueberry and white grape, we think you’ll go bananas over this beer.
