Beer Description
Double NEIPA brewed with yuzu, calamansi, and honey. Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Sabro hops complement the fruit and honey for a beautifully balanced hoppy NEIPA.
A few weeks back the Twin Elephant crew came up to Widowmaker to brew on a Thursday and didn’t leave till Sunday, like any good hosts we fed ‘em shit and kept ’em in the dark. This is our third collaboration beer with this crew, for this double NEIPA we spent the day microprocessing yuzu and calamansi for the boil and post fermentation, blended New Jersey and Massachusetts sourced honey and we also utilized Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Sabro hops which really complement the fruit and honey for a beautifully balanced hoppy NEIPA. We can’t wait to see you explain this one to a Suffolk County jury. This is gonna be fun!
