Beer Description
Hopped w// Enigma + African Queen
Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors from The Red Hook Winery. It’s harvest season so we cofermented this DIPA with fresh Chardonnay grape juice and loaded it with hops reminiscent of a bright white wine. This is 10% Chardonnay by volume, expect gooseberry, vanilla, and currants.
