Beer Description
John Burroughs was a naturalist that loved to write about birds. He built a cabin in Delaware county in the 1800’s where he would come and relaxand enjoy this beautiful countryside. His contemporary and good friend was John Muir, the west coast naturalist and conservationist that worked to preserve the forests and mountain ranges of northern California. When together they would refer to each other as John o’ The Birds and John o’ The Mountains. John o’ The Birds is now also a Hefeweizen from Catskill Brewery. It’s an excellent example of this style and worthy of such an homage!!Cheers,
