Sofa King is a delicious ruby toned IRA with zesty citrus flavor and with dank aroma. Orange and Grapefruit from the Citra and tropical fruit from the Mosaic shine throughout. REDX from Weyermann gives a solid malt backbone without being overbearing. Expect a pleasant balance of hop and malt in this interesting twist on a traditional American IPA.
