Dark as the river Acheron, our RIS is roasty and rich, this version spent several months aging in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels with locally roasted coffee beans and vanilla beans. The meld of oak, bourbon, coffee and vanilla transformed this already delicious beer into a mélange of flavors that round into a deceptively smooth sipper.
