Midnight Farmhouse Ale with dark rye and wheat, brewed with freshly picked Cascade hops. Balances light acidity with rich oak and notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit.
Midnight Farmhouse Ale with dark rye and wheat, brewed with freshly picked Cascade hops from the Arrowood 2018 harvest year. Blended after resting in rye whiskey and red wine barrels. New Moon balances light acidity with rich oak and notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit.
Refermented in the bottle with dark maple syrup from the Catskills.
