This “liquid brownie batter” was aged in a combination of bourbon barrels w/ multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans, ultimately aging the finished batch of beer w/ hundreds of pounds over the course of a year.
This “liquid brownie batter” was aged in a combination of bourbon barrels and finishes out at a mighty 14.17% ABV. Each barrel saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans, ultimately aging the finished batch of beer with hundreds of pounds over the course of a year.
This year’s Madagascar vanilla crop features the rich caramel tones of the coveted corner-piece brownie.
