A bigger, bolder version of Silver City’s flagship beer, Big Red-Imperial Ridgetop maintains the smooth, flavorful balance of the original Ridgetop Red only with more of everything. More malt, more hops, more flavor. Just in time for winter. Northwest Liberty hops and three select German specialty malts combine with a cooler, slower fermentation to produce a distinct Northwest ale with a smooth body and crisp finish.
