Sustainable. 50% Bittersweet cider apples (Dabinett, Nothern Spy, Chisel Jersey, Tremlett’s Bitter), 50% Heirlooms (Macintosh, Golden Russet, Granny Smith). From 10 acres Green Farm orchards in upstate New York. Low SO2, stainless steel fermented and matured. Fermentation lasting 30-50 days.
