Beer Description
Chardonnay Tripel was created by using the Third Nipple Tripel as the base beer. We refermented it with Chardonnay Must and allowed it to finish out for about 1 month in our 55gal stainless steel barrels. The result is a small batch yielding only 2 1/2bbl kegs of fruity beer with a delicate wine character that lightens an already delicious and refreshing beer into one that satisfies wine lovers and beer lovers alike.
